David A. Perlick

David brings over 19 years of experience assisting clients with their estate planning, business and real estate needs. He calls it Law in the Core Areas of Life™.

Both a lawyer and certified mediator, David’s strengths lie in developing strategy and guiding people through important business & family decisions, especially where long-term relationships or complex dynamics are involved.

Coupled with in-depth learning in the areas of mediation, conflict resolution, relationship dynamics, philosophy, religion, high adventure and music, David brings a package that is rare to the practice of law.

David welcomes the opportunity to form close, long-term relationships with his clients. Seeing his client’s big picture evolve over time allows David to best protect their interests.

David regularly speaks on core area legal matters to a wide variety of audiences, including lawyers, CPAs, financial planners, entrepreneurs, professionals and retirees.

Community

David is dedicated to the local community in many ways, including service on local nonprofit boards. He is past president of the Boulder County Estate Planning Counsel; he worked for 7 years with Ignite Action Sports (Eldora’s Adaptive Ski Program); and he assisted in the early development of the Boulder Jewish Community Foundation and Boulder Jewish Community Center.

Education

David graduated in 1992 with honors from Touro Law Center in Huntington, NY. He was Founder and first President of the Touro Dispute Resolution Society, which continues to provide mediation training and certification to law students since 1990.

Family & Interests

David is a long-term resident of Boulder, Colorado, where he lives with his wife and two daughters. His interests include music, hiking and skiing.
